苍术药材的横切面显微鉴别研究

目的:对苍术药材进行横切面显微鉴别研究,以完善苍术药材的质量标准。方法:对10 批茅苍术与10 批北苍术药材,采用石蜡切片术制作横切面,进行显微观察。结果:茅苍术与北苍术药材横切面的石细胞带、木纤维束及油室等显微特征显著。结论:本研究所建立的苍术药材横切面显微特征鉴别方法简便快捷,为茅苍术与北苍术及其混伪品的鉴别提供了有效方法,为苍术药材质量标准的修订提供了科学依据。

Objective: To study microscopic features of transverse section of Atractylodis Rhizoma so that its quality standard can be improved. Methods: Microscopic features were studied based on transverse section of both 10 batches of Atractylodes lancea(Thunb.)DC. and Atractylodes chinensis(DC.)Koidz.,using paraffin sectioning. Results: Microscopic features of stone cells band,fibres and oil cavity from transverse sections of Atractylodes lancea(Thunb.)DC. and Atractylodes chinensis(DC.)Koidz. were remarkable. Conclusion: This optimized identification method of microscopic features is very simple,rapid and efficient,and can be applied to identify Atractylodes lancea(Thunb.)DC. and Atractylodes chinensis(DC.)Koidz. from their adulterants. In addition,the above-mentioned method provides a scientific basis for revising the quality standard of Atractylodis Rhizoma.
