目的:改进中国药典2005年版二部维生素B12有关物质检查的方法。方法:采用不小于25的分离度保证系统适用性,流动相为甲醇-磷酸盐缓冲液pH 35(26∶74),检测波长为361 nm。结果与结论:新法的实用性、适用性和专属性等较原方法均有明显改善,推荐新版药典收载。

AbstractObjective:To improve the examine method of related substances for Vitamine B12 in ChP 2005Method:The resolution of not less than 25 was adopted to ensure the system suitability.The mobile phrase consisted of methanol-phosphate buffer solvent pH 35 (26∶74).The detection wavelength was 361 nm.Results and Conclusion:The new examine method was more practicable,applicable and specific,and was recommended to be adopted in the new edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
