微波消解－石墨炉原子吸收法测定阿胶中铬含量

目的: 建立微波消解－石墨炉原子吸收法测定阿胶中铬的方法;考察商品阿胶中铬的含量。 方法: 采用微波消解法对阿胶样品进行消解,在波长357.9 nm下,通过石墨炉程序升温进行测定,狭缝宽度为0.5 nm,塞曼效应作为背景校正。 结果: 用建立的方法,测得30批市售阿胶样品中铬的含量。 结论: 该方法简便,可行;可用于阿胶中重金属铬的含量测定。

Objective: To establish a method for the determination of chromium in donkey-hide glue by microwave digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry and investigate the content of chromium in commercial sources of donkey-hide glue. Method: Microwave digestion was adopted in the determination of chromium,graphite furnace temp-control program was optimized,zeeman effect was used in the background correction,slit-width was 0.5 nm,and the content of chromium was determinated under the wavelength of 357.9 nm. Results: The contents of chromium in 30 batches of samples were determinate with the method. Conclusion: This method is simple,credible and usable for determination of chromium in donkey-hide gelatin.
