反相高效液相色谱法测定保健品纯怀山药粉中尿囊素的含量

目的：建立保健品纯怀山药粉中尿囊素的含量测定方法。方法：采用反相高效液相色谱法，使用HILIC色谱柱（4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm），以乙腈-水（90：10）为流动相，流速1.0 mL·min^-1，检测波长224 nm，采用外标法定量。结果：尿囊素质量浓度在1.312~26.24 μg·mL^-1范围内线性关系良好，r=0.999 0（n=6），平均回收率为100.1%；3批样品中尿囊素含量范围为2.168~2.430 mg·g^-1。结论：本法可用于纯怀山药粉中尿囊素的含量测定。

Objective: To establish a method for determination of allantoin in the health products of Chunhuaishanyao powder.Methods: The RP-HPLC was performed on an HILIC column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm)with acetonitrile-water(90:10)as the mobile phase, and the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1, the detection wavelength was 224 nm;the external standard method was used for quantitative analysis.Results: The linear range of allantoin was 1.312-26.24 μg·mL^-1, r=0.999 0(n=6), and the average recovery was 100.1%. The contents of allantoin in three batches of samples were 2.168-2.430 mg·g^-1.Conclusion: The method could be used for determination of the health products of Chunhuaishanyao powder.
