乌头属药用植物的研究进展

乌头属植物具有广泛的药用价值，在我国传统中医药领域占有重要地位。通过对40余种常用乌头属药用植物的相关文章进行整理归纳，总结了其物种鉴定的生药学、化学、分子生物学3 种方法；并对化学成分种类以及总生物碱和具有毒性的双酯型生物碱的含量测定方法进行整理，有利于更好地对有效成分和毒性成分进行分析；同时阐述了其药理作用及毒性方面的研究现状，为乌头属植物的研究开发以及临床用药的有效性和安全性提供参考。

Aconitum plants which possess broad medical value,play an important role in traditional Chinese medicine field in our country. Here we reviewed papers of more than 40 medicinal genus Aconitum and sumed up the following points: the methods of species identification including pharmacognosy,chemistry and molecular biology,the types of chemical components and the methods of content determination of total alkaloids and diterpenoid alkaloids for better analysis of effective constituent and poisonous components,and the current research progress of biological activities and toxicity. This review may provide a good reference for R&D,safety and effectiveness in clinical use of Aconitum plants.
