目的:建立快速测定制何首乌中的醇溶性浸出物含量的近红外光谱(NIRS)法。方法:热浸法测定134批制何首乌的醇溶性浸出物(溶剂为乙醇)含量,NIRS技术建立制何首乌中醇溶性浸出物含量的定量分析模型。结果:所建立模型的内部交叉验证决定系数(R2)为0.98822,校正均方差(RMSEC)为0.221,预测均方差(RMSEP)为0.240,内部交叉验证均方差(RMSECV)为0.36601。结论:NIRS法可快速、准确地测制定何首乌中的醇溶性浸出物含量。

Objective:To establish a method for rapid determination of ethanol extract content in Polygoni Multiflori Radix Praeparata with near-infrared spectroscopy(NIRS).Methods:The content of ethanol extracts in 134 samples were determined by the hot cock.The quantitative test model for ethanol extracts in Polygoni Multiflori Radix Praeparata was established by NIRS technology.Results:The correlation coefficients, the root-mean-square error of calibration(RMSEC), the root-mean-square error of predication(RMSEP) and the root-mean-square error of cross-validation(RMSECV) of the calibration model were 0.98822, 0.221, 0.240 and 0.36601, respectively.Conclusion:NIRS can rapidly and accurately determine the content of ethanol extracts such as Polygoni Multiflori Radix Praeparata.
