药物代谢组学是代谢组学和药学紧密交叉、有机结合而产生的一门新兴学科。以代谢组学为平台,依托现代分析技术,通过比较给药前后生物体液中小分子代谢产物的变化来分析生物体对药物的代谢和毒性的预测、评价。色谱-质谱联用技术已广泛应用于药物代谢组学研究中,液相色谱-质谱(LC-MS)联用技术因其具有高分离能力,高灵敏度,应用范围广和较强的专属性等特点,已成为一种重要的现代分离分析技术。本文主要介绍LC-MS联用技术的分析特点以及在应用中存在的主要问题,综述近几年来LC-MS联用技术在药物代谢组学研究中的应用,并对其在药物代谢组学研究未来发展予以论述。

Pharmacometabolomics is one of the most recently emerged sciences generated from the organic binding of metabolomics and pharmacology. As a platform, metabolomics can be applied to monitoring drug metabolism and predicting toxicity of the drug by comparing the pre-and post-treatment change of small molecule metabolites with assistance of modern analytical technique. Chromatography-mass spectrometry has been widely used in pharmacometabolomics. The liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS)is an important technology of modern separation and analysis because of its high separating power, high sensitivity, high specificity and wide range of application. This article mainly introduced the characteristics of all kinds of analytical technology and existing problems in applications, reviewed LC-MS technology in the application of pharmacometabolomics research in recent years, and discussed the future development of the technology in the application of pharmacometabolomics research.
