目的: 建立GC法同时测定艾纳香油中β-蒎烯、芳樟醇、樟脑、L-龙脑、 β-石竹烯5个成分的含量. 方法: 采用HP-5毛细管柱(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25 μm),程序升温(初始温度70 ℃,保持2 min,以5 ℃·min-1升温至最终温度150 ℃,保持2 min),FID检测器温度240 ℃,进样口温度240 ℃,载气为高纯氮气,流速6.5 mL·min-1,进样量0.6 μL,进样分流比19: 1. 结果: β-蒎烯、芳樟醇、樟脑、L- 龙脑、 β-石竹烯质量浓度分别在0.062 7~0.940 8 mg·mL-1(r=0.999 9)、0.031 4~0.470 4 mg·mL-1(r=0.999 9)、0.141 8~2.127 2 mg·mL-1(r=0.999 9)、0.329 7~4.946 0 mg·mL-1(r=0.999 9)、0.178 8~1.788 7mg·mL-1(r=0.999 9)范围内具有良好线性关系;平均回收率(n=9)分别为99.5%,99.7%,99.9%,99.7%,100.1%;各批次艾纳香油中β-蒎烯、芳樟醇、樟脑、L- 龙脑、β-石竹烯5个主要成分的含量范围分别为27.3~56.5、16.1~23.0、83.6~186.7、192.3~255.3和82.8~185.1 mg·g-1. 结论: 该方法符合方法学验证要求,操作简便、准确,精密度、分离度良好,分析时间短,可用于艾纳香油的多成分含量测定及质量控制.

Objective: To establish a GC method for simultaneous determination of β-pinene,linalool,camphor,l-borneol and β-caryo phyllene in Blumea balsamifera oil. Methods: The GC analysis was carried out on an HP-5 capillary column(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25 μm)with the temperature program as follows:70 ℃ for 2 min,5 ℃·min-1 to 150 ℃,retaining 2 min . The FID detector was controlled at 240 ℃. The inlet temperature was set at 240 ℃. The carrying gas was high-purity nitrogen(6.5 mL·min-1),split ration was 19: 1,and the injection volume was 0.6 μL. Results: The methodology validation for the assay of β-pinene,linalool,camphor,l-borneol and β-caryophyllene presented that they were in good linear correlation in the ranges of 0.062 7-0.940 8 mg·mL-1(r=0.999 9),0.031 4-0.470 4 mg·mL-1(r=0.999 9),0.141 8-2.127 2 mg·mL-1(r=0.999 9),0.329 7-4.946 0 mg·mL-1(r=0.999 9),and 0.178 8-1.788 7 mg·mL-1(r=0.999 9),with the average recoveries(n=9)of 99.5%,99.7%,99.9%,99.7%,and 100.1%. In all batches of Blumea balsamifera oil,the ranges of five components were 27.3-56.5 mg·g-1 for β-pinene,16.1-23.0 mg·g-1 for linalool,83.6-186.7 mg·g-1 for camphor,192.3-255.3 mg·g-1 for l-borneol and 82.8-185.1 mg·g-1 for β-caryophyllene,respectively. Conclusion: The established method is in accordance with the requirements of the methodology validation,which is simple,quick and accurate. It can be used for simultaneous determination of multiple components and the quality control of Blumea balsamifera oil.
