目的: 建立药用忍冬中镉、铜、铅、铬4种重金属检测方法,测定不同品种忍冬中重金属残留量。方法: 采用微波消解法处理不同品种的药用忍冬药材,利用石墨炉原子吸收分光光谱法分别测定忍冬中镉、铜、铅、铬4种重金属元素,并对测定方法进行了方法学考察。结果: 测定方法经方法学考察均科学有效,标准曲线线性相关度均大于0.999 0,镉、铜、铅、铬的回收率(n=9)分别为94.1%、98.3%、105.1%、96.6%;参照2010年版中国药典中的重金属元素的限量标准,部分品种忍冬中镉的含有量超出国家药典委员会规定的限量范围。结论: 该方法操作简便、快速,可较好地用于中药材忍冬品种中重金属残留量的测定。

Objective: To establish a microwave digestion-atomic absorption spectroscopy method for determination of heavy metals cadmium,cuprum,plumbum and chromium in medicinal honeysuckle from different areas so as to determine the residue of heavy metals. Methods: Samples were digested with microware digestion system;the elements of 112Cd,63Cu,207Pb and 52Cr were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(GFAAS),and the measurement methods were methodologically evaluated. Results: The method was scientific and effective by methodology verification,the standard curve was linear and the linear correlation was greater than 0.9990.The recoveries(n=9)of 112Cd,63Cu,207Pb and 52Cr were 94.1%,98.3%,105.1% and 96.6%,respectively.Referring to China Pharmacopoeia(2010 edition)in the heavy metal elements,the cadmium content in part of the medicinal honeysuckle exceeded the national limit set by Pharmacopoeia Commission. Conclusion: These methods are simple and rapid for operation and can be used for the determination of heavy metals in medicinal honeysuckle.
