石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定硫酸鱼精蛋白中的镉

目的: 建立硫酸鱼精蛋白中镉含量的测定方法. 方法: 采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法,供试品经微波消解处理后测定,测定波长为228.8 nm. 结果: 镉质量浓度在0~2.0 ng·mL-1的范围内,与镉吸光度呈良好的线性关系,重复性试验的RSD为1.7%,加样回收率为103.3%,检测限为0.02 μg·g-1. 结论: 该方法专属性强,灵敏度高,准确快捷,可用于硫酸鱼精蛋白中镉含量的测定.

Objective: To establish a method for the determination of cadmium in protamine sulfate. Methods: Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was adopted,and the mass detection wavelength was 228.8 nm.Microwave digestion was used for sample pretreatment. Results: The absorbance and the mass concentration showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0-2.0 ng·mL-1,with the relative standard deviation of repeatability 1.7%,the recovery 103.3%,and the limit of detection 0.02 μg·g-1. Conclusion: The method is specific,sensitive,accurate and rapid,and can be used for the content determination of cadmium in protamine sulfate.
