牛黄具有清心开窍、凉肝解毒、豁痰息风等功效,是名贵中药材之一.由于其资源紧缺,价格昂贵,我国于20世纪50年代中期即开始了替代品即培植牛黄、体外培育牛黄与人工牛黄的研究.本文主要对牛黄和它的替代品及其制剂中胆红素和胆汁酸类等成分的定量方法如分光光度法、薄层色谱法、高效液相色谱法和毛细管电泳法等进行综述,并进行了分析比较.

Cow-bezoar is one of the precious traditional Chinese medicines,which has the effect of waking up the patient from unconsciousness by clearing away heart fire,cooling liver detoxification,and eliminating phlegm for calming endogenous wind.However,because of the shortage of resources and its high price,our country began to study its substitutes in the mid-1950s,namely,cow-bezoar cultured in vivo,cow-bezoar cultured in vitro and artificial cow-bezoar.This paper is to analyze and compare the quantitative methods such as spectrophotometry,TLC,HPLC and HPCE for components of bilirubin and bile acids in cow-bezoar and its substitutes and preparations.
