金银花与山银花的生药学鉴别研究

目的: 补充完善金银花和山银花的性状和显微鉴别特征. 方法: 在产地和市场调查基础上,采集和收集样品,掌握当前市场商品情况,对金银花和4种基原的山银花药材进行性状和显微鉴别研究. 结果: 金银花与4种基原的山银花之间,在原植物形态、性状和显微特征方面存在明显差异. 结论: 金银花与山银花可通过性状和显微特征进行比较鉴别.

Objective: To improve the macroscopic and microscopic characteristics of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos and Lonicerae Flos. Methods: Samples were collected from different producing locations and crude drug markets,the commercial situation was understood based on the investigation of the producing area and the market,and the macroscopic and microscopic characteristics of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos and Lonicerae Flos were identified. Results: The differences between Lonicerae Japonicae Flos and Lonicerae Flos of four origins were obvious in the morphology of original plants,and macroscopic and microscopic characteristics. Conclusion: Lonicerae Japonicae Flos and Lonicerae Flos can be authenticated by identification of macroscopic and microscopic characteristics.
