目的:建立肠内营养乳剂(TPF-D)中钙、钾、镁、钠4种元素含量测定的新方法。方法:采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES),供试品经盐酸溶解处理后测定,钙、钾、镁、钠的发射谱线分别为422.7、766.5、285.2、589.6 nm。结果:钙浓度在0.4~1.6 μg·mL-1、钾浓度在1~4 μg·mL-1、镁浓度在0.15~0.6 μg·mL-1、钠浓度在0.6~2.4 μg·mL-1的范围内,与发射强度均呈良好的线性关系,加样回收率分别为100.8%、98.6%、101.5%、98.4%,最低定量浓度分别为0.003、0.002、0.001、0.002 μg·mL-1。经与原标准中的火焰原子吸收法比较,准确度和精密度均能满足实验的要求,4种元素的含量测定结果基本一致。结论:该ICP-AES方法经方法学验证可用于同类营养制剂中钙、钾、镁、钠含量的测定。

Objective: To develop a new method for determination of the contents of four elements,including calcium,potassium,magnesium and sodium in enteral nutritional emulsion (TPF-D). Methods: Inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) was adopted,after samples were dissolved by hydrochloric acid.The emission lines of Ca,K,Mg and Na were 422.7 nm,766.5 nm,285.2 nm and 589.6 nm,respectively. Results: In the concentration ranges of calcium 0.4-1.6 μg·mL-1,potassium 1-4 μg·mL-1,magnesium 0.15-0.6 μg·mL-1 and sodium 0.6-2.4 μg·mL-1,the emission intensity and the concentration all showed good linear relationship,with the recoveries of 100.8%,98.6%,101.5% and 98.4%,respectively.The limits of quantification were 0.003,0.002,0.001 and 0.002 μg·mL-1,respectively.Compared with the flame atomic absorption method in the original standard,the accuracy and precision could meet the requirements of the experiment,and the determination results of the contents of the 4 elements were basically identical. Conclusion: The ICP-AES method can be used for the content determination of calcium,potassium,magnesium and sodium in similar nutrition preparation after methodology verification.
