目的: 建立同时测定枫香树叶药材中杨梅苷、异槲皮苷和山柰酚-4'-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷含量的高效液相色谱法。 方法: 采用YMC-Pack ODS-A色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),以乙腈-0.2%磷酸水溶液(13:87)为流动相,流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长351 nm,柱温25 ℃。 结果: 杨梅苷,异槲皮苷和山柰酚-4'-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷进样量分别在0.048~0.482 μg(r=0.9999)、0.023~0.228 μg(r=0.9997)和0.040~0.404 μg(r=0.9999)范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系;平均回收率(n=6)分别为99.9%、98.9%和99.4%,RSD分别为1.3%、1.4%和1.1%。 结论: 经方法学验证,本法可用于枫香树叶药材的质量控制。

Objective: To develop an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of the contents of myricitrin,isoquercitrin and kaempferol-4'-O-β-D-glucopyranside in the leaves of Liquidambar formosana Hance. Methods: The separation was performed on a YMC-Pack ODS-A column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) eluted with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid aqueous solution(13: 87) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1,and the detection wavelength was 351 nm and the column temperature was 25 ℃. Results: The linear ranges of myricitrin,isoquercitrin and kaempferol-4'-O-β-D-glucopyranside were 0.048-0.482 μg(r=0.9999),0.023-0.228 μg(r=0.9997) and 0.040-0.404 μg(r=0.9999),respectively.The average recoveries(n=6) were 99.9%(RSD=1.3%),98.9%(RSD=1.4%) and 99.4%(RSD=1.1%),respectively. Conclusion: The method was validated.It could be used for quality control of the leaves of Liquidambar formosana Hance.
