目的: 建立同时测定覆盆子药材中山柰酚-3-O-芸香糖苷和山柰酚-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷含量的高效液相色谱法。 方法: 采用Welch C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液(15:85),流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长344 nm。 结果: 山柰酚-3-O-芸香糖苷和山柰酚-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷进样量分别在0.0789~1.1835 μg(r=0.9999)和0.0233~0.3495 μg(r=0.9998)范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系;平均回收率(n=6)分别为101.9%和97.3%,RSD分别为0.7%和0.6%。 结论: 本法经过方法学验证,可用于覆盆子药材的质量控制。

Objective: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of the contents of kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside and kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranside in Rubus chingii Hu by HPLC. Methods: The separation was performed in a Welch C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid solution (15: 85).The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,and the detecting wavelength was 344 nm. Results: The linear ranges of kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside and kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranside were 0.0789-1.1835 μg (r=0.9999) and 0.0233-0.3495 μg (r=0.9998),respectively.The average recoveries (n=6) were 101.9% (RSD=0.7%) and 97.3% (RSD=0.6%),respectively. Conclusion: The method was validated.It can be used for quality control of Rubus chingii Hu.
