拉曼光谱快速检测对乙酰氨基酚注射液

目的:建立一种用拉曼光谱技术快速鉴别和测定对乙酰氨基酚注射液的方法。方法:以对乙酰氨基酚注射液为研究对象,运用拉曼光谱技术对对乙酰氨基酚注射液进行快速鉴别和含量测定。测定条件:显微拉曼光谱仪,激发光波长785 nm,物镜50X,激光功率3 mW,信号采集时间60 s。结果:研究表明,拉曼光谱法可以鉴别对乙酰氨基酚注射液,并能测定此类注射液中对乙酰氨基酚含量,结果分别为99.49%、97.56%、100.2%(规格为2 mL:0.25 g)和97.75%、94.58%、96.25%(规格为1 mL:75 mg),测定结果与HPLC法测定的结果经t检验证明无显著性差异。结论:本方法经方法验证可作为对乙酰氨基酚注射液快速检测的分析方法。

Objective: To develop a method for the rapid identification and determination of paracetamol injection using Raman spectra.Methods: Raman spectra were used as the method of identification and determination of the paracetamol injection.Determination conditions were as follows:micro Raman spectroscopy;laser:785 nm;objective:50X;laser power:3 mW;signal acquisition time:60 s.Results: The result showed that the Raman spectroscopy can identify paracetamol injection and determine paracetamol injection;the paracetamolcontent was 99.49%,97.56%,100.2%(specification:2 mL:0.25 g)and 97.75%,94.58%,96.25%(specification:1 mL:75 mg)respectively.There was no significant difference between the determination results and the results with HPLC method by t test.Conclusion: The methodology validation shows the method can be developed as an analysis method for paracetamol injection.
