目的:对乳酶生菌株进行鉴定,对质量标准修订提供依据。方法:采用16S rDNA全长序列测定,对从不同来源的乳酶生制剂中分离的菌株,生产菌株140623和其他参考菌株进行鉴定,并进行系统发生树分析,同时采用生化反应对鉴定结果进行验证。结果:从乳酶生制剂中分离获得的菌株和生产菌株140623均鉴定为屎肠球菌(Enterococcus faecium),且相互之间具有很高的同源性。结论:现行乳酶生质量标准中的“肠链球菌(Streptococcus faecalis)”建议改名为“屎肠球菌(Enterococcus faecium)”。

Objective: To identify the strains of lactasin,and provide a basis for quality standard revision. Methods: The strains isolated from different lactasin preparations,the standard strain 140623 and other reference strains were identified by full length 16S rDNA sequencing and phylogenetic tree analysis.Biochemical tests were also adopted to validate the results. Results: The strain from lactasin preparations and the standard strain 140623 were both identified as Enterococcus faecium,and shared high homology with each other. Conclusion: It is suggested to revise the current definition in lactasin quality standard for its strain Streptococcus faecalis as Enterococcus faecium.
