HPLC法测定麻杏口服液中盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱的含量

目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定麻杏口服液中盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱的含量。方法:采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸(40:60,每100 mL加十二烷基硫酸钠0.2 g)为流动相,流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长206 nm,进样量10 μL,柱温为室温。结果:盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱浓度分别在0.01~0.21 μg (r=0.9999)和0.01~0.22 μg(r=0.9999)范围内与各自峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率(n=6)分别为100.4%和100.6%,RSD分别为2.2%和1.9%。结论:本方法简便准确,快速可靠,能够用于麻杏口服液的含量测定和质量控制。

Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride in the Maxing oral solution. Methods: The Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 (4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) was adopted,the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (40: 60,0.2 g dodecyl sodium sulfate add into 100 mL solution) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1,the detection wavelength was 206 nm,the injection volume was 10 μL,and teh column temperature was room temperature. Results: A good linear correlation was observed within the range of 0.01-0.21 μg for ephedrine hydrochloride(r=0.9999) and 0.01-0.22 μg for pseudoephedrine hydrochloride (r=0.9999). The average recoveries (n=6) were 100.4% with a RSD of 2.2% for ephedrine hydrochloride and 100.6% with a RSD of 1.9% for pseudoephedrine hydrochloride,respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate and rapid,and can be used for the determination and quality control of the Maxing oral solution.
