土牛膝及广东土牛膝的性状、显微比较研究

目的: 对市场上出现的土牛膝混淆品进行鉴定,并建立土牛膝及其混淆品的性状及显微鉴别方法。方法: 在植物分类学鉴定的基础上,对土牛膝的混淆品广东土牛膝进行鉴定,并使用性状与显微的研究方法,对采集及市场上收集土牛膝及广东土牛膝样品进行比较分析。结果: 通过研究发现,土牛膝与广东土牛膝可以通过性状、根横切面及粉末的显微特征进行区分,两者区别明显。结论: 土牛膝与广东土牛膝可以通过性状、显微等方面进行鉴别;通过对两者性状、显微的细致研究,为相关标准的修订及提高提供依据。

Objective: To identify adulterant species of Radix et Rhizoma Achyranthis Asperae found in the market and establish methods for morphological and histological identification of Radix et Rhizoma Achyranthis Asperae and its adulterant species. Methods: Based on plant taxonomy,the adulterant species of Radix et Rhizoma Achyranthis Asperae was identified;based on morphological and microscopic research,samples of Radix et Rhizoma Achyranthis Asperae and Radix Eupatorii Chinensis collected from the field and the market were compared. Results: The morphological and microscopic differences between Radix et Rhizoma Achyranthis Asperae and Radix Eupatorii Chinensis were obvious and could be distinguished according to their properties,transverse section of root and microscopic characteristics.Conclusion: Radix et Rhizoma Achyranthis Asperae and Radix Eupatorii Chinensis can be identified by comparing their morphology and microscopic structures,and the results provide evidence for revision and perfection of related standards.
