复方蜂胶胶囊中添加格列波脲的检测

目的: 对保健食品复方蜂胶胶囊中非法添加的格列波脲进行定性。方法: 采用薄层色谱法、高效液相色谱法、液相色谱质谱联用法，对复方蜂胶胶囊中非法添加的格列波脲进行定性分析。结果: 薄层色谱样品和对照品斑点位置与颜色相同；HPLC样品色谱图中出现与对照品保留时间一致的色谱峰；HPLC-PAD-MS中，样品与对照品保留时间和PAD光谱一致，一级质谱、二级质谱相同。结论: 发现该保健食品中非法添加新组分格列波脲。

Objective: To confirm glibornuride as an adulterant in a health product Compound Propolis capsules. Methods: A qualitative analysis was performed on Compound Propolis capsules to verify glibornuride as the adulterant using thin layer chromatography(TLC),HPLC and liquid chromatography mass spectrometry(HPLC-PDA-MS). Results: The location and the color of TLC spots developed were the same as those of the reference substance.The retention time for the peak in the HPLC chromatograms of the sample was consistent with the glibornuride reference.The HPLC-PAD chromatograms,the UV spectra,the mass spectra of the sample and the glibornuride reference were also consistent.Conclusion: The adulterant that is illegally added in compound propolis capsules is found to be glibornuride.
