目的: 建立测定非邻苯二甲酸酯增塑剂DINCH的方法,并测定一次性使用PVC输液器中DINCH在硝酸甘油、维生素B6、氨茶碱、羟喜树碱注射液中的迁移情况。 方法: 采用固相萃取方法浓缩输液中低浓度DINCH,并使用GC-MS联用方法快速定量分析该种塑化剂的迁移量。 结果: 用该方法测定出了一次性使用PVC输液器中DINCH的迁移量小于0.6 mg(按500 mL计)。 结论: 本实验灵敏度高,重复性好,方便易行,为测定PVC输液器中增塑剂DINCH的迁移量检测提供实验依据。

Objective: To establish an effective method for determination of DINCH and investigate the migration of DINCH from PVC infusion devices to different injections of itroglycerin,vitamin B6,aminophylline,and hydroxycamptothecine. Methods: The low-concentration DINCH was concentrated by solid phase extraction and the migration amount of this plasticizer was determined via GC-MS rapidly. Results: The migration of DINCH from PVC infusion devices was less than 0.6 mg/500 mL as determined by this method. Conclusion: This method is sensitive,reproducible,simple and suitable for the determination of DINCH migration in PVC infusion devices.
