冰点下降法快速测定门冬氨酸钾注射液的含量

目的: 采用冰点下降法快速测定门冬氨酸钾注射液的含量。 方法: 将本品用水稀释6倍后,依法测定。 结果: 门冬氨酸钾的线性范围为0.01668~0.1668 g·mL^-1(r=0.9996),平均回收率(n=9)为100.0%,用15个样品进行外部验证,外部验证平均绝对偏差为0.1%,平均相对偏差为0.1%。 结论: 该法具有快速、简便、结果准确的特点,可用于门冬氨酸钾注射液的快速检验。

Objective: To rapidly determine the content of potassium aspartate injection with freezing point osmometer. Methods: The determination was conducted according to the appropriate method after the sample was diluted to 6 times as before by water. Results: The method was linear for potassium aspartate in the range of 0.01668-0.1668 g·mL^-1(r=0.9996),the average recovery(n=9) was 100.0%.A total of 15 samples were externally verified and the mean absolute deviation for external verification was 0.1% and the mean relative deviation was 0.1%. Conclusion: The method is simple,sensitive and accurate,thus it can be used for rapid detection of potassium aspartate injection.
