红外分光光度法测定二甲硅油片中二甲硅油的含量

目的: 采用红外分光光度法测定二甲硅油片中二甲硅油的含量。 方法: 用四氯化碳提取片剂中二甲硅油,红外分光光度法测定,扫描次数32次,光谱范围2000~400 cm^-1,分辨率2 cm^-1,测定特征波数1261 cm^-1。 结果: 二甲硅油浓度在0.5~20.0 mg·mL^-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998);平均回收率为99.7%(n=9)。 结论: 本方法可用于二甲硅油片中二甲硅油的含量测定。

Objective: To determine dimethicone in dimethicone tablets by infrared spectrophotometry. Methods: Dimethicone in tablet formulations was extracted with carbon tetrachloride and determined by infrared spectrophotometry.The spectra were recorded with 32 scans over the spectral range of 2000-400 cm^-1 at 2 cm^-1 resolution.The characteristic wavelength at 1261 cm^-1 was selected for determination. Results: The calibration curve showed a good linearity over the range of 0.5-20.0 mg·mL^-1,r=0.9998.The average recovery was 99.7% (n=9). Conclusion: The method is suitable for the determination of dimethicone.
