法分析维吾尔医成药—玫瑰花糖膏中挥发油成分

目的:对不同产地玫瑰花为原料制成的4种玫瑰花糖膏样品进行挥发油化学成分分析对比。方法:采用溶剂提取法提取不同产地玫瑰花为原料制成的4种玫瑰花糖膏的挥发油,并用GC/MS仪器分析法对化学成分进行鉴定。结果:GC/MS共检测到75个化合物,鉴定出其中的62个化合物,其中4种样品共有成分有12个。4种玫瑰花糖膏挥发油成分中脂肪族化合物较多,其含量占其出峰面积的69.04%~81.30%,芳香族化合物占其出峰面积的17.43%~29.36%,萜类化合物的种类和含量很少。结论:4种玫瑰花糖膏因原料产地和制备糖膏厂家的不同,在成分和含量上有一定的差异。

Objective: To compare and analyze the chemical component composition of volatile oil in four kinds of QizilGulkant samples made of roses from different production areas. Methods: The volatile oil from different samples was extracted by the organic solvent extraction method and identified by GC/MS. Results: Seventy-five compounds were isolated and sixty-two compounds were identified by GC/MS,among them,twelve were common components in the four kinds of samples.Aliphatic compounds were more than other compounds in the volatile oil,and represented 69.04% to 81.3% of the total peak area.Followed by was the aromatic compound which represented 17.43% to 29.36% of the total peak area,while the types and representing peaks of terpenoids were less. Conclusion: Because of the different areas of raw materials and the different manufacturers of the 4 kinds of QizilGulkant,there are differences in the constituents and contents of volatile oils.
