目的:证明艾灸燃烟中自由基的存在和比较不同贮存期艾灸燃烟中自由基的相对浓度。方法: 采用分光光度法测定艾灸燃烟直接作用于DPPH溶液后吸光度的变化,和甲醇吸收艾灸燃烟后产生的稳定化合物作用于DPPH溶液的吸光度进行比较,通过两者吸光度差值来说明艾灸燃烟自由基的存在。并比较不同贮存期艾灸燃烟自由基浓度的变化。结果: 艾灸燃烟中清除DPPH自由基的成分既有稳定的化学物质,也有自由基,随着贮存期的延长自由基浓度减少。结论: 艾灸燃烟自由基的存在与其浓度随贮存期变化可以更进一步地阐释艾灸的生物活性与安全性。

Objective: To identify the existence of free radicals in moxibustion smoke and compare the relative concentration of free radicals between moxibustion smokes at different storage time. Methods: The scavenging activities of moxibustion smoke and its stable constituents absorbed in methanol against DPPH radicals were determined by spectrophotometry.The difference between these two absorption values could explain the existence of free radicals in moxibustion smoke.And changes of concentrations of free radicals in moxibustion smoke with different storage time were compared to each other. Results: The scavenging DPPH free radicals from moxibustion smoke contained both unstable free radicals and stable phenolic constituents.As the storage time of artemisia extended,the concentration of free radicals decreased. Conclusion: The existence and the changes of concentrations with different storage time of free radicals can further explain the safety and the bioactivity of moxibustion.
