商品苦参根茎研究简述

商品苦参中具髓束的苦参为豆科植物苦参Sophora flavescens Ait.的根茎;苦参根与根茎并存,根茎已是主要来源;苦参根茎中苦参碱和氧化苦参碱总量符合中国药典2010年版规定。本文对中国药典2010年版(一部)规定的苦参药用部分为根,但性状项下既有根也有根茎的叙述进行了讨论,简述商品苦参根茎的研究结果,建议再版中国药典时将苦参根茎正式列入苦参药用部分。

The commodity Kushen which has medullary bundles is the rootstock of Sophora flavescens Ait.(fam.Leguminosae).The rootstocks and roots of Kushen coexist in commercial drug,but the rootstocks have been the main source.The total contents of matrine and oxymatrine in Kushen's rhizomes meet the standards in ChP(Vol Ⅰ)2010 Ed.Here we discussed about the fact that the effective part of Kushen for medical use is only the root as mentioned in ChP(Vol Ⅰ)2010 Ed,but the depiction under the characteristic part is both root and rootstock.This paper summarizes the studies on commodity Kushen's rootstock and suggested that the rhizome of Sophora flavescens Ait.should be adopted formally into the new edition of Chinese Pharm acopoeia as an effective part of Kushen for medical use.
