目的: 采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)建立同时检测多种食品中乙氧喹啉残留量的检测方法。 方法: 采用Agilent DB-5MS气相毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm),氢火焰离子化检测器,外标法定量测量。样品经正己烷提取,经旋转蒸发除去提取液后用甲醇溶解残渣,利用液-液萃取净化后由GC-MS法测定。 结果: 乙氧喹啉的线性范围0~1×10-3 mg·kg-1,多种食品基质中的平均添加回收率在75.4%~90.7%,RSD为4.1%~9.8%。 结论: 该方法灵敏度高,选择性好,净化效果良好,能有效地消除复杂基质带来的干扰,可作为该抗氧化剂在食品中的常规检测方法。

Objective: To develop a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) method for the simultaneous determination of ethoxyquin residue in a variety of foods. Method: DB-5MS capillary column (30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm)and FID were employed.External standard was used for quantitative determination.The food sample was extracted with n-hexane,concentrated in a rotary evaporator,then dissolved in methanol and purified with liquid-liquid extraction.The final extract was analyzed by GC-MS with selected ion monitoring mode. Results: The calibration curve of ethoxyquin was linear within the range of 0-1×10-3 mg.mL-1(r=0.9998);The average recoveries of ethoxyquin spiked in foods were 75.4%-90.7% and the RSD were 4.1%-9.8%(n=5). Conclusion: The established method has high sensitivity,good selectivity and well purification effect,which can effectively eliminate the interference caused by the complex matrix.The method can be used for the determination of ethoxyquin residues in food.
