目的: 建立利用分析仪器确证盐酸度洛西汀化学结构的方法。 方法: 通过元素分析仪分析盐酸度洛西汀的元素组成,运用旋光仪测定其旋光性,并利用核磁共振(NMR)、质谱(MS)、红外光谱(IR)、差热(DSC)、X-射线粉末衍射对盐酸度洛西汀进行结构分析。 结果: 通过实验证实盐酸度洛西汀的结构为(+)-(S)-N-甲基-γ-(1-萘氧基)-2-噻吩丙胺盐酸盐。 结论: 该方法准确可行,可为盐酸度洛西汀的结构鉴定提供依据。

Objective: To establish a method for the determination of the chemical structure of duloxetine hydrochloride by analytical instruments. Methods: The elemental analyzer was adopted to analyze the elemental composition of duloxetine hydrochloride and the polarimeter for determining its optical rotation.Nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),mass spectrometry(MS),infrared spectrometry(IR),differential scanning calorimeter(DSC)and X-ray powder diffraction were adopted to analyze the chemical structure of duloxetine hydrochloride. Results: The chemical structure of duloxetine hydrochloride was (+)-(S)-N-methyl-3-(1-naphthyloxy)-3-(2-thienyl)propylamine hydrochloride. Conclusion: The method is accurate,practical and can provide a comprehensive reference for structural identification of duloxetine hydrochloride.
