超滤是在压力作用下,溶剂与部分低相对分子质量溶质可以穿过超滤膜,而高相对分子质量溶质或乳化胶束等被截留的一种分离手段。作为一种新型膜分离技术,超滤以其独特的优势在药学分析测定中得到广泛应用。本文主要针对超滤在微粒分散给药系统、生物制药、高分子的分离纯化、表面活性剂临界胶束浓度测定等方面的应用进行综述。

Ultrafiltration is a separation method in which hydrostatic pressure forces solvent and some of the low molecular mass solutes pass through the ultrafiltration membrane, while high molecular weight solutes or emulsion micelles are retained.As a new membrane separation technology, ultrafiltration is widely applied in pharmaceutical analysis and determination.The application of ultrafiltration in the microparticle drug delivery system, formulations, pharmaceutical analysis, traditional Chinese medicine research, biopharmaceutical, separation and purification of high polymer, and critical micelle concentration of surfactant is reviewed in this paper.
