中药生物活性测定法中标准品建立的研究

本文阐述中药生物活性测定法中标准品建立的意义及重要性,提出中药标准品建立的思路及发展方向。对现有中药标准品研究的发展现状进行分析,结合作者的研究成果及经验,探讨中药标准品发展方向及趋势。中药标准品的研究还需要经过长期深入的研究,需要加大投资力度,各研究机构应密切配合,整合资源,这样才能推进中药标准品的发展,为生物活性测定法用于中药质量控制奠定坚实的基础。

To describe the meaning and significance of establishing the traditional Chinese medicine standards,put forward the idea and development direction of establishing standards for Chinese medicine products.The development status of the existing standards for Chinese medicine products was analyzed,and the development direction and trends of standards for Chinese medicine product were discussed in combination with our laboratory research experience and achievements.The development of traditional Chinese medicine standards still needs long-term and in-depth studies.The state should increase investment,and research institutions should strengthen communication,integrate resources,and work together to promote the study of traditional Chinese medicine standards,thus to lay a solid foundation for the bioassay method to be used in Chinese medicine quality control.
