反相色谱柱的表征与选择

目前市场上有600多种不同品牌的C₁₈色谱柱,且不断有新品牌的色谱柱出现。采用不同品牌,不同型号的色谱柱分析具体样品时,由于色谱柱选择性的差异,溶质的保留值,色谱峰之间的分离度甚至色谱峰顺序都可能出现较大的差异。因此需要发展合适的表征色谱柱的方法。本文就目前成熟的表征色谱柱的方法进行了介绍和比较,并针对目前方法中存在的问题提出了建议。

: There are more than 600 brands of C₁₈ columns available on the market,and new brands of columns are consistently appearing.The chromatographic performance may differ considerably in aspects of solution retention,peak resolution,and even peak sequence in responding to brand,batch and selection differences.Therefore,it is necessary to develop appropriate methods for column characterization.In this paper,different methods to characterize RP-LC columns are introduced and compared,and some reasonable suggestions are given.
