反相高效液相色谱法测定三维樟柳碱膜中维生素E的含量

目的: 建立HPLC法测定三维樟柳碱膜中维生素E的含量。 方法: 以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)为填充剂,以甲醇为流动相A;乙酸乙酯-异丙醇(93:7)为流动相B;甲醇-水(40:60)为流动相C,进行梯度洗脱。检测波长为285 nm,流速为1.0 mL·min-1结果: 维生素E在0.2983~0.4972 μg范围内线性良好;平均回收率为99.9%(RSD=1.3%)。 结论: 本法简单、快速,适用于三维樟柳碱膜的质量控制。

Objective: To develop a method for the content determination of vitamin E in compound vitamin A,vitamin E,vitamin U and anisodine pellicles. Method: The study was carried out on a high performance liquid chromatography using a column packed with octadecylsilane bonded silica gel.A gradient elution program was performed,methanol as mobile phase A,a mixture of ethyl acetate-isopropyl alcohol(93: 7)as the mobile phase B,and a mixture of methanol-water(40: 60)as the mobile phase C.The detection wavelength was 285nm and the flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1. Results: The linear range of vitamin E was 0.2983 μg-0.4972 μg(r=0.9999).The average recovery of vitamin E was 99.9%(RSD=1.3%); Conclusion: The established method is accurate,reliable,convenient,and with good reproducibility in content determination of vitamin E in compound vitamin A,vitamin E,vitamin U and anisodine pellicles.
