目的: 采用超高效液相色谱(UPLC)建立了同时测定养血清脑颗粒中绿原酸、咖啡酸、阿魏酸和迷迭香酸4个酚酸类化合物的分析方法。方法: 采用Waters Acquity UPLC系统,使用Waters HSS T3(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.8 μm)色谱柱,流动相为0.01%甲酸水溶液-乙腈,梯度洗脱,流速0.4 mL·min-1,检测波长325 nm。结果: 4个酚酸类化合物色谱响应线性范围良好(r≥0.9994);平均回收率(n=6)为97.6%~105%,RSD为1.2%~4.6%。结论: 使用UPLC作为养血清脑颗粒中4个酚酸类成分的含量测定方法,可以作为养血清脑颗粒质控方法。且不同批次养血清脑颗粒中4个酚酸含量基本一致。

Objective: To establish a UPLC method for simultaneous determination of four phenolic acids (chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, feruic acid, and rosmarinic acid) in Yangxue Qingnao particles. Methods: The analysis was performed on a Waters Acquity UPLC system with a Waters HSS T3 column(100 mm×2.1 mm, 1.8 μm).The four phenolic acids were separated with gradient mobile phase consisting of 0.01% aqueous formic acid and acetonitrile at a flow rate of 0.4 mL·min-1, and UV detection wavelength was 325 nm. Results: All the four phenolic acids showed good linear response in the determined ranges (r≥0.9994).The average recoveries were between 97.6%-105% with RSD 1.2%-4.6%. Conclusion: The developed method is suitable for the quality control of Yangxue Qingnao particles.The contents of each of four phenolic acids in different batches of Yangxue Qingnao particles are consistent with the labeling.
