目的: 采用高分离度快速液相色谱(RRLC)-DAD-ESI-MSn联用技术分析生脉注射液中化学成分。方法: 采用Agilent Eclipse Plus C18(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.8 μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%甲酸为流动相,梯度洗脱,254 nm、正离子模式检测木脂素类成分;203 nm、负离子模式检测皂苷类成分。结果: 利用多级质谱信息,结合对照品对照和文献数据分析,初步确定了注射液中34个成分的结构。结论: RRLC-DAD-ESI-MSn联用技术对于中药注射液物质基础研究具有较好的应用价值。

Objective: To analyze the chemical constituents of Shengmai injection by rapid resolution liquid chromatography (RRLC)-DAD-ESI-MSn. Methods: The chromatographic separation was performed on an Agilent Eclipse Plus C18 column(2.1 mm×50 mm, 1.8 μm), acetonitrile and 0.1% formic acid was used as the mobile phase for gradient separation.Ginsenosides were detected at 203 nm in negative mode, while lignans were detected at 254 nm in positive mode. Results: Based on the MSn information, thirty-four chemical constituents were identified primarily by comparing with reference standards and reference data. Conclusion: RRLC-DAD-ESI-MSn technology is applicable for the study of material base of traditional Chinese medicine injection.
