目的: 考察pH、温度、光照等因素对胸腺肽α1稳定性的影响。 方法: 采用HPLC法分析胸腺肽α1在不同条件下的含量变化,将浓度变化与时间作线性回归,求得药物在不同pH条件下的降解曲线方程,利用降解速率常数反映出胸腺肽α1在恒温条件下的最适pH。 结果: 酸、碱、光照及高温均能促进胸腺肽α1的降解,药物的最稳定pH在5~6之间,且在醋酸盐缓冲液中较稳定。 结论: 温度、pH、光照等因素对胸腺肽α1的稳定性有显著影响。

Objective: To investigate the influence of pH,temperature and light on stability of thymosin α1. Methods: An adjusted HPLC method was employed to determine concentration changes of thymosin α1 with these experimental factors mentioned above.The degradation calculations of thymosin α1 under different pH conditions were obtained by linear regression analysis between concentration and time,whose slopes indicated the sensitivity of the drug stability to these influencing factors. Result: Acid,alkali,light and high temperature could promote the degradation of thymosin α1.Thymosin α1 was stable in the acetate buffer,and achieved the highest stability when pH was between 5 and 6. Conclusion: Temperature,pH,light and other factors have a significant effect on the stability of thymosin α1.
