毛细管电泳法测定富马酸酮替芬糖浆中富马酸酮替芬的含量

目的: 建立毛细管电泳法测定富马酸酮替芬糖浆剂中富马酸酮替芬的含量。 方法: 以50 mmol·L-1 磷酸二氢钾缓冲液为运行缓冲液,运行电压为30 kV,检测波长为301 nm。 结果: 富马酸酮替芬(以酮替芬计)在16.08~80.40 μg·mL-1浓度范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.9995),回收率为100.1%(n=9)。 结论: 此方法可用于富马酸酮替芬糖浆剂的含量测定。

Objective: To establish a capillary electrophoretic method for determining ketotifen fumarate syrup. Methods: A capillary electrophoretic was performed with the running buffer consisted of 50 mmol·L-1 KH2PO4 at a voltage of 30 kV,and detected with a UV detector at the wavelength of 301 nm. Results: A linear relationship was observed in the range of 16.08-80.40 μg·mL-1(r=0.9995),a average recovery of 100.1% were obtained(n=9). Conclusion: Capillary electrophoresis can be used to determine the content of ketotifen fumarate syrup.
