目的: 建立艾燃烧生成物——艾烟中苯酚含量测定方法。 方法: 采用固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用法,使用DB-5MS毛细管柱(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm),程序升温,高纯氦气为载气,电离方式为EI源,选择检测离子为m/z 94,对艾燃烧生成物中的苯酚含量进行定量测定。 结果: 苯酚线性范围为0.0063~0.0295 mg·L-1(r=0.9964),回收率为94.0%(RSD=3.0%,n=5)。各批次艾绒样品燃烧的苯酚生成含量为0.679~2.238 mg·g-1,生成艾烟浓度为8.3~27.2 mg·m-3结论: 本方法简单、快速,灵敏度高,可用于艾烟中的苯酚含量测定,将各批次艾绒样品燃烧产生的艾烟中苯酚的含量折合成艾灸诊室浓度,符合国家要求的标准,为艾烟定量分析及其安全性研究提供了依据。

Objective: To establish a solid-phase microextraction(SPME)-GC-MS method for the determination of phenol in combustion product of moxa-moxa smoke. Methods: A DB-5MS(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm) capillary column was adopted with programming temperature.Helium was used as carrier gas.Ionization mode was EI source.Selected ion monitoring mode was used with the target ion of m/z 94.Results:The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.0063-0.0295 mg·L-1(r=0.9964);The average recovery was 94.0%(RSD=3.0%,n=5).The generated content of the phenol was between 0.679-2.238 mg·g-1.The content of phenol in the moxa smoke was between 8.3-27.2 mg·mL-1. Conclusion: This method is sensitive,accurate,repeatable,and easy to operate,which can be used for the phenol content of combustion product of moxa smoke.The content of phenol in moxa smoke are conform the national standard,it provided a basis for the quantitative analysis and security research of moxa smoke.
