目的: 建立黄芪中黄酮类成分的HPLC、UPLC特征图谱。 方法: 优化HPLC液相条件确定特征性成分,以HPLC为基础实现HPLC、UPLC条件转换。 结果: 5个特征性成分在 HPLC及UPLC条件下均分离良好。 结论: 本方法简便易行,所选特征性成分可用于黄芪中黄酮类成分的检查。

Objective: To estimate an characteristic profiles analysis by HPLC,UPLC method for flavonoids in astragali radix. Methods: Develop an UPLC method on the basis of HPLC to detect the characteristic components. Results: The five flavonoids could be detected respectively. Conclusion: This is a simple method which can be used to control the quality of astragali radix.
