目的: 建立仿生提取-电感耦合等离子体质谱技术(ICP-MS)测定含朱砂中药制剂中可溶性汞含量的分析测定方法。 方法: 通过模拟人体胃肠道环境,采用人工胃液提取含朱砂中药制剂中的可溶性汞,结合ICP-MS进行分析测定。 结果: 该方法操作简便、灵敏。方法回收率为98.8%,检出限为0.20 μg·L-1,重复性良好(RSD=4.1%)。 结论: 通过对实际样品的测定,该方法可用于含朱砂中药制剂中可溶性汞含量的测定。

Objective: To establish a method for determination of the leachable mercury in Chinese traditional patent medicine containing cinnabar by bionic extraction-ICP-MS. Method: Through simulating stomach condition,the leachable mercury was extracted by artificial gastric juice and detected by ICP-MS. Result: The method was simple,sensitive,accurate,and the mean recovery was 98.8%,the detection limit was 0.20 μg·L-1,the precision was calculated of 4.1%(RSD). Conclusion: The developed method is simple,sensitive,accurate,and was suitable for the determination of leachable mercury in Chinese traditional patent medicine containing cinnabar.
