目的: 建立药用辅料2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚(BHT)的气相色谱检测方法。 方法: 采用HP-5毛细管柱(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25 μm),氢火焰离子化检测器,外标法定量测量。 结果: 2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚线性范围为0~1.98 mg·mL-1,r=0.9993;平均回收率为99.5%,RSD=0.94%。 结论: 本方法可用于该辅料的质量检测。

Objective: To establish a GC method for the determination of pharmaceutical supplementary materials butylated hydroxytoluene(BHT). Methods: A Capillary Column(HP-5) (30 m×0.32 mm×0.25 μm) and FID were employed.External standard was used for quantitative determination. Results: The calibration curve of butylated hydroxytoluene was linear within the range of 0-1.98 mg·mL-1(r=0.9993);The average recovery was 99.5%,and RSD was 0.94%. Conclusion: The method can be use to determination of butylated hydroxytoluene.
