RP-HPLC法同时测定细辛中甲基丁香酚、黄樟醚和细辛脂素的含量

目的: 建立同时测定细辛中甲基丁香酚、黄樟醚、细辛脂素含量的HPLC方法。 方法: 采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C₁₈(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 (] 结果: 甲基丁香酚、黄樟醚和细辛脂素的进样量分别在0.10~2.07 μg、0.11~2.20 μg和0.054~1.07 μg内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9)。平均回收率(n=6)分别为98.4%,97.7%,98.6%;RSD分别为0.78%,0.41%,1.5%。 结论: 该方法简便、可行,重现性好,为细辛的质量控制提供参考。

Objective: To develop an HPLC method for determination of methyleugenol,safrole and asarinin in Asari Radix et Rhizoma. Methods: Agilent Eclipse XDB-C₁₈(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 (] Results: Methyleugenol,safrole and asarinin showed good linearity(r=0.9999) in the ranges of 0.10-2.07 μg,0.11-2.20 μg and 0.054-1.09 μg.The recovery rates(n=6) of methyleugenol,safrole and asarinin were 98.4%,97.7% and 98.6%,and RSD were 0.78%,0.41%,1.5%,respectively. Conclusion: This method is simple and can be repeated easily,and can be used for the quality control of Asari Radix et Rhizoma.
