目的: 建立阿胶中铬、铜、砷、镉、汞、铅6种有害元素含量的测定方法。 方法: 微波消解法处理药材样品,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)检测不同产地阿胶中6种有害元素的含量。 结果: 6种元素的检出限范围为0.001-0.105 ng·g-1;线性关系良好(r>0.9993);回收率为90%~115%,RSD小于15%。 结论: 本方法准确、灵敏、简便,可用于阿胶中有害元素的检测。

Objective: To determine the content of Cr,Cu,As,Cd,Hg and Pb in Colla Corii Asini(Ejiao),provide scientific method for its quality control. Methods: The samples,which came from different producing areas were digested by microwave and determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). Results: The detection limit ranges of 6 hazard elements were from 0.001 to 0.105 ng·g-1 and the average recoveries were in the range of 90%-115% with RSD less than 15%.The method had good linear correlation(r>0.9993). Conclusion: The method of determination of hazard elements in Colla Corii Asini is established for the first time and its accuracy and recovery meet the requirements of trace analysis.Additionally,the method is exact,sensitive,simple,and can be used to determine hazard elements’ contents in Colla Corii Asini.
