炮制对二妙汤中盐酸小檗碱含量的影响

目的: 建立二妙汤中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法,并探讨其炮制意义。 方法: 采用薄层扫描法测定,以苯-乙酸乙酯-异丙醇-甲醇-浓氨溶液(12∶6∶3∶3∶1)为展开剂,检测波长为365 nm。 结果: 盐酸小檗碱点样量在0.18~0.60 μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9991);平均回收率(n=6)为95.8%,RSD为2.1%。 结论: 方法准确、可靠;二妙汤用炮制品配方可促进盐酸小檗碱的溶出。

Objective: To establish a method for determination of berberine hydrochloride in Er Miao decoction,and to explore the significance of processing. Methods: TLCS was adopt with benzene-acetic acid-isopropanol-methanol-strong ammon solution(12∶6∶3∶3∶1) as the expanding agent,the detection wavelength was 365 nm. Results: Berberine hydrochloride showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.18-0.60 μg(r=0.9997).The average recovery(n=6) was 95.8% with RSD of 2.1%. Conclusion: The method is accurate,stable and reliable.It can increase the solubility of berberine hydrochloride when the prescription of Er Miao decoction is made up with processed drugs.
