目的: 利用高效液相色谱分析不同产地黑骨藤中杠柳苷的含量,为黑骨藤药材的质量标准建立提供参考。 方法: 色谱柱:Alltech Apollo C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);流动相:乙睛-水(27∶73);流速:1.0 mL·min-1;柱温:25 ℃;检测波长:221 nm。 结果: 线性范围为4.86~194.4 mg·L-1,相关系数为0.9999,平均加样回收率为98.5%,RSD=3.4%(n=5)。 结论: 本法操作简便,结果准确,重复性好,可用于黑骨藤的质量评价。

Objective: To determine tcontents of glucoperiplocymarin in Periploca forrestil Schltr. from different producing areas by HPLC method. Methods: The separation was performed at the following conditions:Alltech Apollo C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) at 25 ℃,with methyl cyanide-water (27∶73) as the mobile phase,a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1,and the detection wavelength at 221 nm. Results: The results showed that the linear detection range of glucoperiplocymarin was 4.86-194.4 mg·L-1 (r=0.9999) with average recovery of 98.5% and RSD of 3.4%. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate with good reproducebility,and can be used for the quality control of Periploca forrestil Schltr.
