离子色谱是高效液相色谱的一种,目前已成为分析化学领域中发展最快的分析方法之一,不仅可以用于药物的常规质量分析和成分鉴定,而且还可用于生产过程中的质量控制。本文综述了近年来离子色谱在抗生素药物分析中的应用,并对这一分析方法的发展做了展望。

Ion chromatography(IC) belongs to high pressure liquid chromatography, now its development is one of the quickest in analysis chemistry. Not only can IC determine and identify antibiotics, but also control the quality in process of production. This paper presents a review of the application research of IC in antibiotics and a discussion of the developments prospect of this technique.
