目的: 建立高效液相色谱法同时测定毛冬青药材中2个三萜皂苷类成分(毛冬青皂苷B1和毛冬青皂苷B2)的含量。 方法: 采用Phenomenex C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.2%磷酸水溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长203 nm。 结果: 毛冬青皂苷B1和毛冬青皂苷B2线性范围分别为2.57~12.82 μg(r=0.9998)和4.51~22.52 μg(r=0.9999),平均回收率(n=6)分别为100.6%(RSD=0.94%)和100.7%(RSD=1.5%)。 结论: 6批样品的测定结果表明,该方法简便、准确,可用于毛冬青药材中毛冬青皂苷B1和毛冬青皂苷B2的含量测定。

Objective: To develop an HPLC method for the quantitative determination of two triterpene saponins(ilexsaponin B1 and ilexsaponin B2) in Ilex pubescens. Methods: The determination was carried out on a Phenomenex C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) column.The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile and water(containing 0.2% phosponic acid) with gradient elution.The flow rate was 1 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 203 nm. Results: The linear ranges of ilexsaponin B1 and ilexsaponin B2 were 2.57-12.82 μg(r=0.9998) and 4.51-22.52 μg(r=0.9999),respectively;The average recoveries(n=6) of ilexsaponin B1 and ilexsaponin B2 were 100.6%(RSD=0.94%) and 100.7%(RSD=1.5%),respectively. Conclusion: The determination results of six batch samples show that the method is simple,accurate,and can be used in the quantitative determination of two components(ilexsaponin B1 and ilexsaponin B2) in Ilex pubescens.
