目的: 建立气相色谱-质谱测定中药材中198种农药残留的分析方法。方法: 用丙酮进行提取,采用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)或GPC与固相萃取(SPE)结合净化的方法,并优化了GPC与SPE方法。最终根据药用部位及基质成分对中药材进行分类,分别采取不同的前处理方法。结果: 使用此方法对山药、黄芪、金银花、陈皮等中药材进行了考察,回收率大多处于70%~110%之间,RSD为2.7%~13.6%,符合痕量分析要求。结论: 此方法灵敏度高,准确,可靠,为中药材中的农药多残留测定提供了一种准确实用的分析方法。

Objective: To establish a GC-MS method for simultaneous determination of 198 pesticides in traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: The samples were extracted with acetone,and clean-up by gel permeation chromatography (GPC) or the combination of GPC with solid-phase extraction (SPE).The pretreatment of method was optimized.And the different clean-up methods for Chinese herbs according to the medicament portions and matrix were used. Results: Four Chinese herbs (including Rhizome Dioscoreae,Radix Astragali,Flos Lonicerae Japonicae and Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae) were used to evaluate the accuracy of this method.The recoveries of most pesticides were ranged from 70% to 110% with the relative standard deviations (RSD) being from 2.7% to 13.6%. Conclusion: This method is sensitive,accurate,and is helpful for determination of multi-residual pesticides in traditional Chinese medicines.
