目的: 制备键合型开管毛细管电色谱柱,用于手性药物分析。 方法: 合成了带有十一碳烯酰基的纤维素-三(3,5-二氯苯基氨基甲酸酯)衍生物,通过自由基聚合反应,将其键合于毛细管内壁,得到毛细管电色谱柱,并对手性药物进行色谱分离。 结果: 吡喹酮得到较好分离。 结论: 制备的毛细管柱对吡喹酮具有较好的识别能力,且柱效较高,对后续键合型开管毛细管电色谱柱的研究奠定了基础。

Objective: To prepare immobilized cellulose tris(3,5-dichlorophenylcarbamate)as chiral stationary phase on capillary column and study its properties on chiral drugs. Methods: Cellulose tris(3,5-dichlorophenylcarbamate)derivatives having a small amount of 10-undecenoyl groups were synthesized by a simple process and efficiently immobilized on capillary column by radical polymerization reaction with azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN)as the initiator.The column was evaluated by chiral drugs. Results: D,L-praziquantel acquired baseline separation. Conclusion: Praziquantel got chiral recognition on the column,and obtained high plate number,which laid a foundation for further investigation of open tubular capillary column.
