目的: 多角度激光光散射仪与体积排阻色谱法联用(MALLS-SEC)测定双黄连注射液中的高分子物质。 方法: 以0.7% Na2SO4缓冲液(加0.05%NaN3)为流动相,流速0.5 mL·min-1,TSK-GEL G3000SWxl凝胶排阻色谱柱与多角度激光光散射仪和示差折光检测器联用。 结果: 该方法对相对分子质量4600~133800 g·mol-1范围内物质线性关系良好(r=0.9922)。 结论: 本方法简便、快速、准确。

Objective: To determine the macromolecules in Shuanghuanglian injection by the combination of multiangle laser light scattering instrument and size exclusion chromatography (MALLS-SEC). Method: A gel size-exelusion chromatography in conjunction with refractive index detector and multi-angle laser lights scattering instrument,was performed on TSK-Gel G3000SWxl colunm,using 0.7% Na2SO4 buffer (added 0.05% NaN3) as a mobile phase system,and the flow rate was 0.5 mL·min-1. Results: The calibration curve was linear in the range of 4600-133800 g·mol-1(r=0.9922). Conclusion: The method is simple,rapid and accurate and can be applied to determine the macromolecules in Shuanghuanglian injection.
