目的: 建立检测大蒜素原料药有关物质的气质联用方法,并对大蒜素的稳定性进行研究。 方法: 采用DB-5MS毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm);柱温: 起始温度60 ℃,保持5 min,以10 ℃·min-1升至220 ℃,保持5 min;EI源温度: 200 ℃。 结果: 2批大蒜素原料中的有关物质分别为7.20%和10.11%,主要杂质为一硫二丙烯、二硫二丙烯和四硫二丙烯。 结论: 该方法简便、快速,专属性好,灵敏度高,可用于大蒜素中有关物质的定性定量检测,并可用于大蒜素的稳定性研究。

Objective: To establish GC-MS methods to determine related substance in alltride and study on stability. Methods: Using a GC-MS method with DB-5MS capillary column(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm), which temperature rose by program. The initial temperature was 60 ℃, maintained for 5 min, rose to 220 ℃ with a rate of 10 ℃·min-1, maintained for 5 min. The temperature of ion source was 200 ℃. Results: The content of related substance in two batches of alltride was 7.20% and 10.11% by GC-MS method. The main impurities are diallyl sulfide, diallyl disulfide and diallyl tetrasulfide. Conclusion: This method is fast, simple and reproducible, and suitable for the determination of related substance in alltride and study on stability.
